    Hello, I have some problems with pics don’t loaded.

    I have some pics for my front pages.
    But they don’t loaded when open my sites.

    I tried to disabled all plugins, but it still the same.

    Here is some information I can offer for you.
    WordPress ver:5.8
    Enfold ver:4.8.6.2

    There is something weird.
    When I login into my admin page then back to my front pages, all pictures back again.
    But if I open by other browser or devices, the pictures still not loaded.
    Please help!

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I see the same thing on my end, your site works as it should when logged in to WordPress, but not when logged out. This is likely a caching problem, please try clearing the cache from your caching plugin, or disable it, to see if that changes anything. Also please check your site in private or incognito browser windows after clear the cache or deactivating the plugin.

    I tried to disabling all plugins and nothing changed.
    Even clean the cache before disable the plugins then logged out, the problem still there.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I see that you have disabled the caching plugin, but the resources on your site are still loading from its directory. Please see example in private. Please try reaching out to the plugin developers for advice on how to properly clear the cache from the plugin.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Your site is not loading any styles at all now, please see screenshot in private. I’m not sure why that is, but I highly doubt that it’s a theme problem, as we haven’t had any other reports from users having this problem, and I can’t reproduce it on a test site. Could you try reaching out to the developers of the caching plugin, to see if they can help you out further with this problem please?

    Sorry I had some troubles in last few days,
    I contacted the cache plugin support team, and this problem solved.
