Hi, we made many websites on Enfold theme. And they all worked fine. Today we just found on all our websites where we put video in a slider it is not working, but displaying error: This video is unavailable

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

Thanks for the login details. The update is available if you check manually under Enfold->Theme update. You could also try to install and configure this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
