    Hi,

    Since we updated WordPress (this is the first time we noticed, not 100% if this is the cause) the video’s in the Fullscreen slider don’t load.
    The videos say “not available”, while before it always worked.

    We have been working on Wp-rocket but if I disable wp-rocket, it still does not work so I guess that ain’t the issue.

    Please advice.

    Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the late reply. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.5) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. If you send us FTP login details in private, and verify that you have backups of the site, then we can update for you. We’ll keep the old version in case something should go wrong. If you want to update through the theme options, then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

    In the future I would recommend that you keep a staging version of the site, where you update on first to see if there are any problems.

    We are busy setting up a staging version of the website. I hope this evening to make a staging.
    So tomorrow ill share the ftp for the staging.
