In stead of the content which is visible in de backend I see the standard txt: ‘Klik om hier uw eigen tekst toe te voegen’

Sorry for the problem. This is fixed in the latest version (4.8.5) of the theme, please try updating to that: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
