    Hi

    I made an update from 4.8.3 to 4.8.4
    And after that all gallery masonry stopped working, is displayed only white screen.
    I tried action:
    – disable all plugins (did not help)
    – dlete all extra CSS (did not help)
    – restored my backup to the old version, it helped, but it’s not a solution

    my PHP version: 7.4.1
    WordPress 5.8

    PS
    my website slowed down terribly after the update to 4.8.4, sometimes there was also no image in “fullscreen slider” on main page.

    Hey MarioAli,

    Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the problem. I see that you are currently running 4.8.3, is this problem still happening? We released a new version (4.8.5) of the theme yesterday, if you want to try updating to that: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    I confirm this is still happening in 4.8.5. tested in different sites and only a blank thing shows instead of the images.

    This is happening for me as well. Mainly in Firefox.
    Chrome and Edge do also have this problem. But after re-posting the page with the masonry grid. And after emptying the cache. It seems like the problem is gone for Chrome and Edge.
    Only Firefox seems to be a problem. Although in Firefox the problem does not show in Preview mode for a page. Only after the page has been published.

    on 4.8.3 the problem also began to occur

    Yes you are right I enjoyed it for two hours my photo in 4.8.5.
    additionally, the photos in the full screen slider not working

    I have the impression that the problem is generated by a new function in viewing the gallery “show more photos” it wasn’t there in the past, all photos were displayed right away.
    i upgrade to 4.8.5.was OK
    I added a new page and opened the photo gallery and again the same
    I retry the update again OK
    I added a new page and opened the photo gallery and again the same

    For me, the problem is serious, I have massonry gallery on all my sites, also on many sites fullscreanslider.

    Hi MarioAli,

    Thanks for the update. The fullscreen slider on your front page is working fine on my end, are you seeing the same thing on your end? If you need further help with this, then please post a link to where we can see the Masonry Gallery problem.

    @Rikard work becouse as I said, I performed the update again,and i didn’t do anything new on the site.
    I was not happy for a long time, this morning pictures were not displayed again :-(

    I have additional observations when fullscreen slider and Masonry Gallery stop working, Just I delete the cookies and everything returns to normal.
    Something is add and storing contradictory data in cookies,

    Just still not a solution for customers, they will not delete cookies files if the white page is displayed to them :-)
    please help see what generates this error

    Hi MarioAli,

    Thanks for the update, and sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure exactly what is going wrong on your site unfortunately, but I don’t think the theme is causing the problems. I know you mentioned that disabling plugins and restoring an old version of the theme did not work, but I don’t see any other means of checking both of those options again. Was everything working as it should when you were running 4.8.3? If so, then we can roll back your site to that version. If you would like us to do that, then please include FTP login details in private as well, and verify that you have backups of the site.

    thank you for the offer, I won’t use it yet. I will try to find out what causes the error.

    it will be difficult becouse problem is very strange because it happened not all the time and not on alle browser :-( (the most often on safari Apple)
    So I will inform you if my action improves for more than 24h

    I also noticed the second update error.
    Custom Error 404 Page
    it doesn’t display my page 404, and i can’t select the my page 404.
    My page 404 is

    But doesn’t display it anymore at list.”Redirect to select page” -> “Select Your Custom Error 404 Page” they are all just not this page :-)
    instead, a search window is displayed to me.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. We are planning on releasing a new version of the theme later today, hopefully that will fix your problems.

    I can’t reproduce the 404 problem on a local installation, are we allowed to try it out on your site? I see that you have disabled that functionality for now.

    Yes you can try on mine website
    update 4.8.6 did not fix problem the missing page 404
    but fixed disappearing photos from Masonry Gallery and fullscreen slider :-)

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I can’t reproduce the 404 problem on your site either, it redirects to the page in private, which is set as the custom 404 page in the theme options. How can we reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end?

    Hi MarioAli,

    It looks like the page in question is not published? You need to publish the page first, before it can be selected as your custom 404 page.
