Thanks for the login details. The mobile menu works when logged in, but not when logged out, which would indicate a problem with caching. I can’t see a caching plugin installed on your site though, is there caching being applied on the server side maybe?
Also please consider updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.5): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

Thank you for the response.
Yes the caching is being done on the server side. Can you specify which file(s) should i exclude from caching to solve this issue?
Or there is another solution that you can recommend.Thank you again for the help
Cheers
JorgeJuly 29, 2021 at 5:28 am #1313160Hi Jorge,
The mobile menu should work even though the content is cached, so I can’t really give you a direct answer unfortunately. Does it make any difference if you simply clear the cache?

I clear the cache on but the issue remains.
i saw this error on the console. that JQuery is not defined.
This can help figure out what is happening.Thank you
August 2, 2021 at 6:06 am #1313813Hi,
Thanks for that. I see the same errors when logged out, but not when logged in. This again would indicate caching, it’s not something the theme applies. Would you be able to to completely disable the server side caching? You might want to reach out to your hosting provider about this problem as well.

Thank you for your patience. I was able to fix the issue. It was the cache as you have mentioned.
Thank you again for your time.
Cheers
