    I wonder if you might be able to help me with a problem I am experiencing with three websites in which I have used the Color element and added a video as the background. All 3 videos have recently stopped working and are now displaying “Video unavailable”

    I searched online for a solution and have tried several different things which were suggested
    Changing http: to https:// for the video link
    The allow embedding is enabled
    Tested different video URLs,
    – https://youtu.be/FRJCe7ky4WQ
    – https://www.youtube.com/embed/FRJCe7ky4WQ
    – http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FRJCe7ky4WQ
    I have changed the video from Unlisted to public
    Tested it on Chrome and also Firefox

    The websites are hosted with 2 different hosting companies. Please see links to websites below

    Hey Ivana,

    All your sites are running old versions of the theme, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Hi Rikard

    Thank you for your response. I had updated those websites about a week ago to V5.7.2 and the latest version of Enfold.

    I noticed a new version of Enfold was released yesterday, so I upgraded both WordPress to V5.8 and the theme and that seems to have fixed the problem.
