Shortcode Plugin Table Will Not Show Up On The Frontend With Gutenberg

I just switched to Gutenberg and am finding major issues. I updated to the latest version and nothing changed.

1. My Amalinks Pro plugin which creates product comparison tables will not show up. It’s not the plugin, Its working just fine on posts that are still on Classic Editor.

2. A pop up for a plugin I am using (WP Pros & Cons) will NOT go away when I go to edit a post in Gutenberg. No matter what I press it won’t disappear. Once again, this is not happening in the Classic Editor. You can see this on my latest post which is a draft

3. Captions are no longer centered and small font but are on the left side of my images

please help!
