    Hey guys,

    I have a problem with importing demos. If I try to import any demo except for Default Demo, I get this error:

    Download of files for demo Creative Studio Demo didn’t work!
    You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.

    Is there a way I can just upload the demo content (Creative Studio Demo) manually if that’s going to make it work?
    I’ve searched through the support forum and I checked out all the solutions that were provided, but it doesn’t seem to fix the problem. Max execution time is set to 300.

    Hi,

    Thanks for giving us admin access.
    The reason importing the demo is not working is because PHP ZipArchive Extension is disabled.
    You can verify this in Layerslider WP > Options > System Status > PHP ZipArchive Extension (or go to the link in private content).
    Please request assistance from your hosting provider to enable this for you.

    Hello, I have the same problem but in my casePHP ZipArchive Extension in enabled. Can you please help me?

    UPDATE: I don’t know what I did but I increased several PHP options and then it worked
