    Hello,

    My animated numbers (example page: https://www.invaluable.com/inv/about-us/) aren’t working. I tried enabling JS file merging and compression but that didn’t seem to fix the issue.

    Hey INVdesignteam,

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.

    Hi Rikard,

    I updated the theme but am still seeing it. I also checked on some of my other sites and it looks like it’s everything with an animation that isn’t above the fold is having this issue.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. Could you share your login URL as well please? The default WordPress login URLs are not working.

    I’m seeing an error message on the page coming from the file in private. Is that a plugin you are running maybe? If so, then please try disabling it.

    I was able to get to the login screen from the URL in private.

    That file shouldn’t be doing any blocking or at least never had in the past
