Hi i cannot load the google maps on my website: if i look in the js console i can find the message that lat/long are missing:
[AVIA-MAP-ERROR] Latitude or Longitude missing. Make sure you did not only enter an address. You need to fetch the coordinates too.
BUT i cannot get enfold to fetch the coordinates, because i get an error about the API key not properly configured, but it is well configured !!
The key is triple checked, and also the http referrer, exactly as suggested: https://www.uppi-bologna.it/*
I also tried: deactivating all plugin, removing limitations from the key, waiting 20 mins.
I have the latest enfold version (4.8.2) & WP (5.7.2).May 27, 2021 at 4:23 pm #1302691Hey,
Thanks for contacting us!
Could you please create temporary admin logins and post them here privately so we can look into it? :)
Best regards,

Thanks for the login details. The login URL redirects to the home page though, and the regular WordPress login URLs does the same thing. Could you share a working login page please?

I checked theme options on your installation however Enfold theme options > Google Services > Google Maps API Key field is empty. Please insert your key there and validate it.
Alternatively, you can use OpenStreetMaps element – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/openstreetmaps-leaflet-maps/ which is an open source maps that does not require key or registration :)
Best regards,
YigitJune 1, 2021 at 2:22 pm #1303427hi Yigit, i inserted and saved there several times, simply the theme first saves the option, and after a while, when you go back to the same page, the key is not there anymore… i tried this about 20 times.

June 2, 2021 at 12:14 pm #1303572Hi,
Could you please edit your OpenStreetMaps element and go to Zoom > Maximum Zoom Level and set it to between 17-19?
Have you followed the steps instructed on our docs regarding Google Maps – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/google-map/#how-to-register-a-google-maps-api-key?
Best regards,
Yigit -
