    Hi There,

    Couldn’t find a previously created thread on this one. I have an existing site with the Enfold theme that hadn’t been updated in sometime. The Advanced Page Builder when editing a page shows a bunch of text / short code above the Avia Layout Builder that doesn’t seem to impact the view of the site. Not sure how to get rid of this, as its confusing for the customer.

    The site has now been updated fully to the latest available theme, WordPress and Plugin versions. Have also tested with all plugins disabled with no difference.

    Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.2) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t help, then please include admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look.

    Thanks for the reply. I am seeing the shortcode at the top of all pages. I’ve created a quick video in the private section for your reference – should this be visible?

    Thanks for the video, I can’t reproduce the problem on my end though. Could you try using a different browser, or try logging in with the account you provided us with instead, to see if that helps please?

    Hi Rikard,

    Thanks for that, apologies for the delay. I created a new account and the issue has subsided. Perhaps its a bug with that account, or some customisation the previous web admin did.
