    Not sure what happened but the Menu on my mobile device isn’t showing but works just fine on the PC browser. Can you please help!

    Hi,

    Thank you for the inquiry.

    You can update the theme via the Theme Options or the WP Dashboard, but you will need an API key in order to do that. Please check the following documentation for more info on how to update the theme properly and how to register the theme, and generate an API key or token.

    I have done all of the above and my mobile menu is still now showing. In addition to this, no one is responding to my request for support

    I created a token and checked the update and its telling me I have the latest Theme.

    Theme Updates
    No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.7.5)

    The website does not work on mobile devices as the menu bar is just empty. I need your help to resolve this as soon as possible please. Thanks.

    Hi kosmosdigital,

    The login credentials does not work, please check.
    Please try to update your Enfold theme from Enfold 4.7.5 to the latest version 4.8.3, this should fix the issue.
    If it’s still not fixed after the update then please just disable Javascript file merging and compression in Enfold > Performance.

    Hi Nikko,

    Can you please help me with updating the Enfold Theme to the latest version, I can’t seem to figure out how to do it, nothing is easy with WP.. I think there was a glitch in the user I created for you so I went ahead and deleted it and created a new one. Please see Private section below for login details. Thanks for the help.
