    Hi guys,

    I noticed that the website is displaying an error, I am not sure if this has something to do with the theme? (I tried to deactivate and reactivate all plugins but the problem persists.

    Here the error message:

    Error details: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 5001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received (http_request_failed)

    Any idea of what this can be?

    Hi Simone,

    I couldn’t see any error messages on the front end of your site, is this happening on the backend? If so then please post admin WordPress login details in private, and let us know how to reproduce the error.

    Yes, it’s in the backend if I click on “tools” and then “site health”

    Login data in the below section.

    Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
