Please help. Not sure what is goin on with the contact forms.

NikkoI actually had the same problem a while ago. My contact form was set to send an email to (Email address hidden if logged out) which was a Shared Mailbox; however, after much testing and tweaking, we still never got emails to that address using the form.
As a result, I installed WP SMTP, created the same email address at my webhost. Then using the mailer information from the webhost, we were then finally able to use the forms to receive emails!
