    Hi,

    We just launched a new site and the Enfold contact form does not sending emails to the recipient. Shows this message: Your message has been sent! – but the recipient does not get it. Our SMTP host is: smtp.office365.com

    I turned off all plugins, except “SMTP Mailer” plugin. From this SMTP Mailer plugin I am able to send out test emails.

    I also tried Contact Form 7. No luck either. Shows this message: There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.

    I tried all the suggestions from here:

    Contact Form

    except the functions.php file code, but no luck.

    Please advise,

    Hey futureworksgabor,

    Try to use WP SMTP Plugin then use the Office 365 SMTP Settings:

    Hi Nikko,

    Thanks a lot, that nailed it! We had the “SMTP Mailer” plugin before, with the same settings and did not work for some reason. That was set up by our hosting provider. “WP Mail SMTP” plugin works fine.
