after my last update of theme, my website started to be load slowly, takes minutes. how is that possible?

i have problem by website is opening and loading slowly, customer service of my host server comunicated ” the response is correlated to the database and script loading times, so you need to optimize the website itself , the loading times are caused by slow DB queries as well.” So in this case i need your help. How can i solve that problem? It takes more 5 seconds to load my website.
Then i have this error when i checked my website

Yes i checked again this cause error with the Critical Request Chains and critical path latency: 5.2s

According to the Pagespeed Insight Tool, the slider itself contributes to enormous network payloads and largest contentful paint, with a total size of 4,527 KiB or a whopping 4.635648 megabyte. You might want to consider decreasing the number of images or items in the slider, and make sure to properly compress and optimize the images.

Where did you see that error? We cannot find that issue in the pagespeed insight report and according to the speed tool, the slider images in the front page are still not optimized. Please try to install plugins like Shortpixel, Smush or EWWW Image Optimizer to compress the images.
