    Hey everyone
    Im not a specialist at all so I really need your help: I bought Enfold maybe 3 years ago and it all worked fine until now. Somehow I got error messages on the page and then also when I tried to log in. The customer service from IONOS told me that Enfold does not work with the latest wordpress update and they had to change my theme. Now my page looks not the same at all anymore and also does not work correclty anymore.

    What can I do? I added all my login details below. If I need to renew some subsciption please let me know. Also if you need any other information.

    Hey XTAdventures,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works.
