    Please update the theme to the latest version. That should fix any issues you are currently experiencing :)

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. Please try installing this plugin to see if the automatic updates start working after that: https://envato.com/market-plugin/, or upload the new version manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/install-enfold-theme/#ftp-install. The latest version of the theme is 4.7.6.4. If you should still have problems after updating, then please installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.

    Hi.

    Couldn’t add the Envato Market plug-in. Got this error message: Unable to create directory uploads/2021/01. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    Downloaded the newest Enfold theme from themeforest. Could not upload as I got this error message: The link you followed has expired.

    Finally tried to add the jquery plug-in. This error message: Unable to create directory uploads/2021/01. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    You need to check permissions on the uploads/2021/01 folder via FTP or cPanel and make it writeable.
