Hello,
I have a problem where I unfortunately get stuck. I want to insert a content element, the “Timeline” into a page. Unfortunately I can’t see the update via the deskop version, the field is completely empty and also not in the preview both desktop and mobile/tablet. Only with my smartphone I can see the result. I have already changed all settings and also disabled all plugins. In the process I identified three plugins (Advanced Editor, WP Optimize Cache and Compliance) where the timeline was visible for a short time. As soon as I re-enabled the rest of the plugins, the timeline disappeared again. I’m sorry to say that I’m at a loss. Can you help me? This is the site: https://startcontent.de/beratungsgespraech/
Thanks in advance

ThanksJanuary 22, 2021 at 5:43 am #1274606Hi,
Thanks for that, login details are working now. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.
Best regards,

PiaJanuary 22, 2021 at 10:29 am #1274650Hi Rikard,
I just saw that the calendly inline element is not shown anymore at chrome, but the timeline element.
At safari and firefox there is no timelinke but the calendly element.
Do you have any idea what can I do to fix the issues?Best regards

VictoriaFebruary 1, 2021 at 6:57 pm #1276902Hi @Victoria,
tried to solve the problems and hired an IT’ specialist at Fiverr. But he told me that the problems/bugs have to do with the theme.
She told me it has something to do with the theme because I have turned off all plugins and then it works… when I turn on any plugin then is disappear. So she means the template has conflict to plugins and and I should contact the template developer or use another template.
Can you help me with this? I like your template and I only have that problem with timeline element – is there a way to fix it? Because I would like to use that element.
Best regards
PiaFebruary 2, 2021 at 12:58 pm #1277123Hi Pia,
I changed the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the jQuery migrate helper plugin, and that fixed the problem (tested in Chrome, Safari and Firefox). The error messages were not coming from the theme, so it’s likely that one of your plugins is not compatible with the updated jQuery version in WordPress. Please continue using the current settings until the problem plugin has been updated to support the new jQuery version in WordPress.
