I made several attempts to install the Enfold demo but I have the same problem each time, all the pages are installed but not the images. It is therefore difficult to see clearly. Can you help me ?
December 21, 2020 at 4:31 pm #1269079Hi Kate_Pascal,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( to be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create an admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

December 22, 2020 at 7:04 am #1269243Hi Pascal,
Thanks for giving us admin access.
There might be some security setting that prevents images or larger files from being imported.
The uploads folder seems to create the folders needed but no image is added.
Can you try to reset the database using this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-reset/ ?
Then do the Manual Demo Import: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#manual-demo-import–using-xml-files-Best regards,

It’s possible for you to try to instal the Enfold Template ?
I bought many times the Enfold Template for different clients and I never had many difficulties
It’s possible for you to access on my website. The access is good for 4 days
Thank you, PascalDecember 23, 2020 at 6:31 am #1269469Hi Pascal,
Yes, we can try to install the demo for you, can you do the following first:
1. Reset the database using the plugin (so we can start with a clean slate)
2. Give us admin access (the previous one already expired)Best regards,

Thanks for extending the admin access.
I tried to import demo to my site and export from it then import on the final site, however, it fails (this works in most cases where some sites blocks the source).
I also tried importing posts, pages, media, etc, everything is working properly except for media.
Finally, I tried to use a migration plugin however it also is prevented because the Maximum Upload Size is only 128Mb and the export file is around 284Mb.
Can you increase the Maximum Upload Size?Best regards,

PascalJanuary 11, 2021 at 7:35 am #1271504Hi Pascal,
You’re welcome :)
If it’s the same hosting and using the same plan then most likely the same issue will appear.
I have tried some hosting providers but I did not experience any issue even though it’s some cheap plans.
The server settings and restrictions are too limited, fortunately, migrating/cloning it using Duplicator worked well.Best regards,
Nikko -
