    Hallo kriesi team,

    unfortunately I can no longer register in the support area with the purchase code. I think this is because we have bought many instances of enfold and are using it.
    When resetting the password no mail arrives?!

    Here is the purchase code for the website where we have the following problem:

    the Avia Editor shoots up the content, which looks like the following screen shot. What can we do? What is the problem?

    Thanks for contacting us!
    Can you try to disable all plugins? and check if the issue still persists.
    If it is displaying properly, enable the plugins one by one to know which one is causing the issue.

    hello nikko,

    thank you for your suggestion. i just did that. after i rearranged all the elements in avia layout architect and saved. the editor destroys the layout again and the elements are all messed up again. so the error still exists. what can we do?

    Hello Rikard,

    thank you for your suggestion, we have done that. unfortunately the error is still there. would you like to log into the site and check for yourself where the problem is? The problem seems to spread to other pages and makes the in installation operable. It would be nice if you could help us.

    Regarding logging into the forum link, we have requested a new password and none has been sent to us yet. Could it be, since we have 32 Enfold instances, that there are discrepancies? Can you check this?

    Can you try to register the purchase code using a different email?
    As for the issue, can you give us temporary admin access? and post the credentials in private content, so we can look into it.

    Thanks for giving us both the link and the screenshot, the page is now fixed.
    There were some unclosed div tags inside each of the 1/4 columns which caused the issue.
