    When trying to log in to site i get this error:

    Hi again, i was able to solve this issue by purging the cache.

    I had done a theme update, then restored to a previous backup of files and db because the update deleted some modified files i needed.

    Edit, problem not solved by purging cache.

    Was able to restore to a previous backup, can log in now. Will retry update.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I don’t see any WordPress login details in your last reply, could you post those as well? I see that you are still running on old version on the site, so if you are still having problems, then please update to the latest version of the theme (4.7.6.4): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Hello,

    I am having the exact same problem. I didn’t update the theme yet. I wanted to update it because I noticed that some parts of the home page didn’t seem changed since original installation and I tried to go to the wordpress admin page but I am getting that error. The only updates that happened on the site since installation on late 2018 was only what siteground.com does automatically for its customer, which is php versions and wordpress core from my knowledge. Your assistance would be highly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

    Hi @alexev434832,

    You have been using older version of Enfold. I updated it to the latest version via FTP and that helped.

    Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token and insert your Personal Token into Enfold child theme options to receive auto updates.
