Hi,
I am using enfold and started to sell our cooking classes with the plugins Event Tickets Plus and Events Calendar Pro, but with the activated Events Tickets Plus version the plugin is not working in some browsers. For example: with my mac the woocommerce shop is working with Firefox, but not with Safari (I cannot buy any product with Safari, because the cart is not working). With a friends mac its not working with any browser… If I deactivate the Plus version of Event Tickets, the woocommerce shop is working, but then I can not buy any tickets, because the option is missing.I also tried to deactiavte all plugins, but the problem is only with the Events Tickets Plus plugin…
I am using the samle plugins with another woocommerce shop and there everything is working well, also with Safari.
Is there an option how I can fix this problem? Without too many technical skills :D

Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Sorry for the very late reply, I tried to test your skills shop and found that I can not complete the order, I am redirected to a page between the cart and the checkout, the URL includes?provider=tribe_wooticket
so I assume that this is due to the plugin. Please see the screenshot in Private Content area.
I’m not sure that I took the correct steps, please describe the steps that should occur with this plugin stating with a product page.Best regards,

That’s exactly the problem I have with some browsers… If I deactivate the plugin, the shop is working, but with the activated plugin some users can’t finish their order like you.
How it should work, you can see at my second webshop. There I use the same plugin with a different theme. Link is in the private content.

Thanks for the link to your other site, it looks like the plugin opens a popup at the point that the Enfold site gets stuck on, does the plugin have an inline option, so the popup is not used? Try disabling the Enfold Theme Options > Lightbox Modal Window theme option, perhaps there is a popup (lightbox) conflict?Best regards,

Sorry for the late reply, dose the plugin have any options to not use a popup, perhaps inline? Perhaps the plugin author has seen this error before, have you asked them?
