    Hello,
    We’re using an old version of Enfold and finally, we’re going to have the full product soon.
    I’m about to buy the license but I need to confirm the right one.
    We have a multisite WP platform with 5 sites. Is it the regular license I need to buy? the one that is $39 now on sale?

    Hey Leo,

    Thanks for reaching out to us. A regular license is valid for one domain, including sub domains. If your sites are using different domains, then you would need 5 regular licenses.

    Today we have WordPress configured as multisite, and Enfold is running as “Network Enabled”.
    Where the installations and keys go?

I’m not sure I understand your last message, but you would install it like any other theme on your site. https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.     Hello,

    How can I attach a few screenshots to illustrate?
    As I mentioned before, we are running 5 websites under a WP multisite platform, and our old Enfold theme package is installed in there.
    I bought a new license, and you told me I would one per domain and that’s ok. We’ll buy the other ones …

    But …
    How should I proceed with the installation?
    I’m trying to install it from the network admin dashboard panel and it’s not working.
    I’m already working on the updates using the demo import version and I’m afraid of losing everything later because of any wrong installation.

    please, help me.

    Thanks for the update. You can upload screenshots to a service like Google Drive, Dropbox, Imgur etc. Then link to them here.

    What exactly is not working when you try to install the theme?

    I already bought 1 licence and finished the first website redesign.
    I cannot afford to lose everything by installing something wrong, so please help me ;)

    I also need to delete the Kriese copyright but I’m not finding a way by using the live theme version.
    It’s hard for me to send you the URL because we’re running on our local server still. What do you suggest?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. If you are worried about losing your work, then please make sure that you have backups of it first of all. After that then please located the theme folder of your installation, then manually place the new theme files there in a folder with a different name, for example enfold_new. After that you should be able to activate the theme in WordPress.

    Oh my God … I never did this before.
    I know how to do more of the basic stuff … by installing themes from inside the WP dashboard.
    Why is this happening? I’ve never experienced this kind of issue before …

    Hello!

    I’ve asked for IT support here …
    They’ll do what you suggested, by installing the theme with a different name.

    Question: is there a place where I place a licence key? I’m not finding it…
    How do I register the theme?
