Dear support,
I bought the Enfold team a couple of years ago, still using it!
Now i encounter a problem.. I need to update the Enfold theme but am not able to find the username and API that i need to update. The problem is i do not have access to the email address is used when signing up.. It’s no longer in use..
Is there any way i receive the Username and API so i can update?

Sorry for the problem. Do you still have access to Themeforest? If so then you can download the theme files from there. If you don’t have access to a Themeforest account, then you would have to purchase a new license here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990
Once you have access to the theme files, then the update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from version 4.4.1 and below, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
