When you view my website on mobile phones the sub menu drop downs are hard to read. Therefore its hard to navigate around and actually get to the Contact Us page and drill down for example very easily. I just realized this after uploading the new Enfold theme and getting around to checking through all aspects of the site. Here is the address. NaturalStressManagement.com
The sub menus are not white like the main menus are. If all were white I think the problem would be solved but I can’t figure out within the area how to affect ..

I see the problem on my end as well, please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, how exactly do you want the mobile menu to display? Do you want a white background, for example?

RikardI figured out how to add the background image. You can see I uploaded it. When I use “repeat” setting I see the image but I don’t want it to repeat I want one full page image so I selected that size.
Can you adjust? Full size, one image .. no repeat?
Wow! Thought it was done but no! Can you view Dolphin image upload into background area “General Styling”. Image is there but I must be missing a button to click or something ..

I keep running into an issue with the Home page. 1. Missing button in menus up top and 2. I can’t load the dolphin background image to the Home page. The dolphin image is sitting in my “Media” inside WordPress. . The HOME button in the menu disappears at the top of the website when you’re on the home page. Once you get off the HOME page there is no button so therefore you can’t click back.
You have to be very skilled to find your way back to HOME without the button up top. Very clunky! The page is there its just trouble navigating .. If I access footer link for “Home” for example .. its there (site Home page) but on Mobile especially this must be awful!. This has happened two times. … .. where the page is still there but no button. https://naturalstressmanagement.com/
So I have been restoring to an earlier time.Remember I bought the theme recently and after installing it I saw where I needed to upgrade my initial build out. This was mostly because my knowledge base improved. I made code and UX errors I’m correcting now. So when I go back to my work I see mistakes I correct. This is now a new Home page and a revamped Contact Us page recently you see.,
So you can get to the Home page in a round about way. But when you’re off the Home page there is no button on the website for “HOME”.This seems to happen when I access the blog settings twice now. In Blog settings I made adjustments such as “no author” & I picked a particular blog format for example.

Apologies for addressing multiple issues and overwhelming the flow! My client is a Dr & there is no Home page button to navigate back to once you get off and visit a different web page so it’s hurting them and I’m getting an earful…

Excellent job!
I was in the back end and refreshed the page after editing something and much to my delight when the page rendered I saw my Home button had returned & the image of the dolphin added to the Home page as background. I assume you were able to gain access.

I have two issues still remaining that I see I need to address immediately.
1. When you view the website on a mobile phone and you try to access the various buttons to navigate around a) You can’t click on the “Contact Us” page. It is not in the list so of course this kills my conversions on mobile.
2. When you do see the buttons on mobile to access other pages you really have to work hard to read them .. hopefully your on this already ..
I’m on the computer 18 hours a day. If you need something reach out.

On desktop the drop downs appear good. I have it set to turquoise lettering on black background. However when I view on my Samsung Mobile I don’t see where anything has changed since last week.
Specifically on mobile the turquoise lettering but it appears with no background. With no solid background behind it makes it very difficult to read. Tha’s what I see..

The background image on the Home page looks real good. However normally I have it set at Full page size. Can you adjust? Currently it starts about 1/2 way down the page. When I had it in the full page setting that meant when visitors arrived they saw the background immediately. I tried to do it myself but unsuccessfully.

Background on mobile; I can’t see any problems on my end, please try loading the site in an incognito or private browser window on your phone.
About the background image: you have have to set it to repeat in the theme options, otherwise it will only show once in the middle, like it is now.

You’re right the backgrounds on the tabs are done and look excellent on mobile! Thank you!
There are two remaining issues. From that mobile menu you CANNOT click Contact Us.
Under Contact Us tab is the opt in sub menu you can click/access but the ability to click Contact us is not available. The same is true that there is no Home button. The Home button doesn’t appear on a Mobile as well as a Desktop.
I think it looks really good turquoise on what … nice!

I set it to repeat for you and it’s working.
You can select to use a separate menu under Enfold->Main Menu->Alternate Menu for Mobile. The menu items can only have one type of click functionality at a time, so you can add the top level element to second level as well.

Excellent job! Thank you. I really do appreciate you! Everything looks awesome! Now I must ask you to address my concern that I wrote to you about in my 1st email to you dated 11/4 which you still have not addressed. Frankly, I’m sure for you it is a simplistic fix too!
I’m referring to the Contact Us tab (among others) & my question in the last thread exchange. Everyday that goes by my prospects don’t see a Contact Us or Home button on mobile/desktop its costs my client, the Therapist money.
Very simply the buttons (NOT Home) appears in the mobile menu but is NOT clickable. I’m losing conversions because of this can you please fix this. The same thing is true of the “About Us” tab, & the “Services tab”. In addition there is no Home button.
If I could fix these issues myself I would. Please I need to complete this project and move on. These fixes would finish the project.

Thanks for the update. I can see both the About and Contact buttons on mobile and desktop, and they are both clickable. If you are referring to that clicking or tapping the button doesn’t take you to the page in question, it’s because the button can only have one functionality at a time, and in this case it’s to open or close the sub menu elements. If you want the actual page to be a link as well, then please create a new menu like I advised earlier, and add the top level link to the second level as well. You can then set to use the new menu on mobile under Enfold->Main Menu.

Meanwhile I have one final question about H1 tags.Is there a place at the top of our website where a H1 exists that I missed?
I get an error message that more or less tells me this. Can you confirm or fix?

Thanks for the update. I can’t see an h1 tag on you start page, the HOLISTIC COACHING*MATEJA PETJE header is an h2. You can easily change that in your content though.
We don’t have any documentation on the mobile menu unfortunately, but if you have any problems with it, then please simply post your question here and we’ll try to help you out.

Thanks for the heads up! I changed that H2 to an H1 at the top of start page. What I actually meant though was is there another place above the head such as within the theme layout where there is an H1 I missed. I think the answer is no!
But what I really do need help is in linking the mobile menu we were discussing. On my website the About Us, Services and Contact Us all have drop down sub menus. Those are currently accessible but there are also actual pages created for About Us, Services and Contact Us that need to be accessed on mobile.
Can you guys please help me link that up?
When I use a tool like RYTE for SEO it shows I’m getting crushed on mobile phones with next to no action going on.

H1; I can only see 1 h1 tag on your site, so the answer is no.
Mobile menu; I tried explaining this earlier in the thread, maybe you could try reading my answers again? The top level items can only have one type of click functionality, in this case it’s to open the sub level items. You need to duplicate your current menu and add the top level items as sub level items, then assign the new menu to be used for mobile only, under Enfold->Main Menu->Alternate Menu for Mobile.
SEO; I’m not sure I understand what you need help with, could you try to explain a bit further please?

Thanks for the update. If you are on the page in private for example, then you have a link going to the home page in the breadcrumbs. If that is not enough then I would recommend that you add an additional menu item in the main menu, which links to your home page.

I changed that to an H1 as we discussed. I wanted to include a screen shot I took from Bing. It tells me I have two instances of having an H1 on the home page of NaturalStressManagement.com So I’m getting conflicting data. You spotted how I was missing the H1 but Bing says (see screenshot) I have an issue.
Can you tell me how to proceed?
