Hallo,
ich habe seit langem meine Homepage überarbeiten wollen. Nun stelle ich fest, dass das Enfold Menü fehlt. Sämtliche Updates haben nicht geholfen.
Enfold 4.4.1 lässt sich nicht weiter updaten.Was muss ich machen, damit es funktioniert?

Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

No, that error is usually related to your server configuration. Please refer to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/hosting-requirement/ and make sure server requirements are met.
If that does not help, please post admin logins here privately. I tried to login with previously provided logins but those did not work for me.

I have tried al of your instructions and the server requirements are so like you need. but nothing wil go on.

Maximum upload file size seems to be 4 MB. Please increase it to at least 32M or post FTP logins here privately as well as it would not be possible to install the theme from WordPress dashboard due to upload size limit :)

WP logins are no longer working for me. Could you please check them once again?
If you do not know your FTP credentials, you can contact your hosting provider and they can provide them to you. Using FTP logins, we would access to your server and overwrite theme files manually via FTP.

I tried further and looked at the server settings again and revised the settings you specified with my provider. The 32 upload was not enough. was changed to 64 and then everything worked.
After upgrading to the new Enfold, the Enfold menu is also available.
