I purchased and installed the Enfold demo-theme. I also bought the extensive support. I thought that when installing it I would get the default templates as shown on https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/. However, after installing it there’s no Enfold themes or anything. I have the Enfold option on the sidebar where I can do the general settings. When I go to ‘pages’ > ‘new’ there’s no Enfold templates to choose from. It’s just the plain Wordplress editor, or I can choose ‘Edit with Elementor’ or ‘Advanced Layout Editor’. Where are all the templates to choose from that is shown on https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/?
Another thing, I bought the Extensive support. How come there’s nowhere I can email to get support except for this forum?Hi ENERGYFitnessClub,
We don’t offer email support or any support outside of the support forum.
As for the demo, please go to the WordPress Dashboard > Enfold > Demo Import, then select the demo you’d like to use for your site.
Some of these demos might require so you’ll need to install it, otherwise, recommended plugins are optional.
