It looks like there is an underlying issue with the Theme Enfold and the update to WordPress 5.5+. As per the warning found on the plugins page certain themes / plugins appear to require the jQuery Migrate Helper add-on installed to resolve the issue until they update?
We purchased years ago and do not have login details for the support forum, or could see where to post something.

There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works.
If you don’t have access to the original account, you will need to create a new account and purchase the license. This way you’ll be able to get the latest version of the theme and register at the forum here to get more support.

Why do I need to purchase the license again when I already have paid for it years ago?!?!?
I am really not happy, being made to pay more money for something I already have.
Ae you not able to login and check? I really cannot afford the license again at this time with Covid-19 having a big impact :/

We can’t be responsible if you lose your details for your Themeforest/Envato account, we can help you out if you need to register or change your login details for our support forum though. If it’s your Themeforest account which you cannot access, then please try reaching out to their support.
