Hope you can help me? On our website, an error comes up in the top and in the bottom.
The error says in the top:
Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /var/www/erhvervsinitiativ.dk/public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow_layerslider/slideshow_layerslider.php on line 28
and the bottom:
[av_repeatable_content repeatable_id=’259′ av_uid=’av-tekn’][/av_repeatable_content]But the biggest problem is that I can no longer access the login for the editor/backend?

Hey webklar,
There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works.

No, the website will not be deleted. Settings will stay in the database, only the files will get updated. It is still recommended to have a full website backup ready before attempting an update.

I am not able to acces our envato account, because there is no acces to the email which it was created with. This because the one who made the homepage for our organisation is no longer a member. I have our product code though, is there any way that i can retrieve this user og move the purchase of enfold to a new user?Hi webklar,
Well, if you don’t have access to the Themeforest account you’ll need to purchase the theme again with your Themeforest account. This way you’ll be able to download a fresh copy of the theme and get 6 months’ support.
