    Hi

    When I add a gallery and complete with images etc and save the gallery is fine however If I make a change to the gallery or anything on the page that holds the gallery it disappears and I have to load the gallery again

    The website is not live would this make a difference?

    Kindly help

    I have found its not just the above it happens all over the site and I have to go to earlier revisions to get the page back to normal.
    And the Facebook Icon that you can add at the end of posts is not working either

    Where can we see and reproduce the problem you are having? If we need to be logged into your site then please post admin WordPress login details in private, and let us know what to do in order to see the problem.

    Hi Rikard – thanks for your help – the site is not live yet so

    To recap when I try to alter something or update like a Gallery it disappears after update – I also notice Fbook icon not showing under posts

    Thanks for that. The htaccess login details are working, but the regular WordPress login pages are returning 404 errors. Could you share the login URL as well please? Also, on which page in particular are you having this problem?

    Hi it’s on all Pages it’s like the theme is protecting itself against being used illegally – it is a new copy by the way

    When you change something on a page and save it wipes out something out – for instance

    I add a gallery and then all the images and save update and looks ok – then I make a change to some of the copy above in a text box then when I save and preview the galley has gone I have to go to revise and see if I can find it or load the gallery again – its on every page

    Also the posts where I want to show social icon doesn’t work

    Thanks for that, but I’m still being blocked. Could you let us know which countries are allowed to access the login page please? If you could whitelist the countries in private then please do so until we have had a chance to help you.

    Please use the strong tag instead, and close the markup properly:

    If you have the problem of disappearing content on other pages too then please check the content for anything like the example above, and close the markup.

    Sorry for the late reply and thanks for the link to your page, to hide the tool tip popup, Please try this code in the General Styling > Quick CSS field or in the WordPress > Customize > Additional CSS field:

    .avia-related-tooltip.avia-tt {
	opacity: 0 !important;
}

    After applying the css, please clear your browser cache and check.
