    Dear all,

    I have followed several threads in your forum and executed the following steps:

    – deactivate plugins
    – raise memory
    – install enfold via ftp

    Current Result:
    Options to configure enfold are not visible in wp-admin.

    Anything else I can try to get this back up and running?

    Hey cz,

    Thanks for the login details. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

    Hi Rikard,

    thanks for sharing your thoughts. Following above mentioned Link allows to download .zip from themeforest. Which is working fine. However, installing in WordPress shows Error that Link followed is invalid.
    BTW: This package is the very same from Themeforest I got yesterday and installed using FTP.
    Kinda lost here.

    Hi cz,

    WordPress 5.5 has removed the jQuery migrate file, to temporarily fix this, please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
    That should fix the missing theme options menu, and you should be able to update to the latest version of Enfold via Enfold > Theme Updates.
    The latest version of Enfold (4.7.6.3) has already patched those issues, once you have updated to the latest version you won’t need that plugin anymore unless some plugins need the jquery migrate file.

    As for the downloaded zip file from Themeforest, you will need to unzip it then it should generate a folder of the same name, just look for the enfold folder then zip it, and you should be able to use it to upload in Appearance > Themes (this won’t be needed if you can update via theme options)
