Open sans italic not working

Hi,

We´re using open sans as body font. Unfortunately the font changes to a very small condensed one when using italic style in bodytext. I tried to upload the open sans italic as zip but it doesn´t work. Could you help me handling this problem?

Hey melanie_erfrischt,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
I have tried the usual importing of demo but I’m getting this error in admin-ajax:
```
500 Internal Server Error
```
I also tried manual demo import as instructed in our documentation: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#manual-demo-import–using-xml-files-
However this also returns the same error.

Hi Melanie,

I tried to check your site again however I’m getting this:
```
401 - UNAUTHORISED
```
The link you gave also shows open sans, can you try to clear the browser cache? or maybe use another browser and check, it’s probably due to cache.
