Contact form Mobile Phone Number Validation

Hello there,

I have problem with mobile phone number validation.
No mather what validation i select for my mobile phone it will not work.
if you enter zero “0” at begining of phone number, for example: 0997778887 This will not work, but phone number without zero at begining 997778887 will work!

Is there some known reason for this.
