I designed a website using enfold through Blue Host and when they made the enfold theme live I ended up getting a fatal error. Blue Host is saying that the problem is the enfold theme. Error message below.

Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not then please include complete login details with your next reply, I can only see what looks to be a password, and no user name.

Please check our documentation for generating envato token: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#how-to-generate-a-envato-personal-token
Also make sure that it has the following permission:- View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
- View your Envato account username
- View your email address
- View your account profile details
- Download your purchased items
- Verify purchases of your item
- List purchases you’ve made

I have checked it and it does return below because it does not have the permissions listed above:

You just need to do the same process.
Just make sure that the account you use to generate the token is the same account that purchased Enfold.
Envato can check the number of Enfold themes you have purchased and they can also track how many you have registered via tokens.Best regards,

It seems your site pinged Envato too many times and probably temporarily blocked downloading of the update.

NikkoI just tried to update the theme again as you said and I am still getting the same error. It will not update and my images and icons have now disappeared off my pages. Please help.

I have installed and activated Enable jQuery Migrate Helper plugin to fix the issue since Enfold 4.7.5 is not compatible with WP 5.6.
Checking on Theme Updates, it seems the Download Package URL: Errorcode 404 returned by Envato: Not Found is showing again, you may need to wait about 24 hours and revalidate the token again.Best regards,

Before I installed and activated the plugin the icons were not showing properly.

It seems when you’re logged in, it shows properly but you’re not logged in, you’ll see the issues.
