    Hello,

    I have a problem whit the demo. When i try to import it the program show me a error message: “Importing didn’t work”

    How i can fix that problem please ?

    Hi,

    Thanks for that, the token is not working though. It only redirects me to the front page of your site. Please post a new one or regular login details. Also, which demo are you looking to import? Did you try to import it manually? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#manual-demo-import–using-xml-files-

    Hello okay no problem i send you the normal id on private.

    For the manual one i don’t try it, i din’t know it was possible, i will try.

    And for the one i try to instal its Import: Enfold 2017

    Hi,
    Thank you for the login, if you find that you are still having issues with importing the 2017 Demo, please download the file in the Private Content area and extract. Inside you will find enfold-2017.xml & 2017_demo_uploads.zip

    Inside 2017_demo_uploads.zip you will find two folders 2015 & 2017, these contain all of the images for the demo, please upload these folders to \wp-content\uploads\ via ftp or your webhost file manager.
    Then upload enfold-2017.xml to \wp-content\themes\enfold\includes\admin\demo_files\, this file has been modified to import the demo images from your server instead of ours, which may be blocked by a security option on your server.
    Then run the demo import from the theme options and it should work fine, if not then please include ftp access in the Private Content area so we can investigate further.

    Please note that importing a demo will overwrite your current content, for best results please run a reset before importing the demo.
    I also recommend installing and activating these plugins before importing the demo, if you plan on using them,
    BBPress & Woocommerce.

    Hello i retry with the informations you gave me, but its still not working perfectly.

    When i run the demo its working now but a lot of images and pages don’t work perfectly i send you the FTP access to check it please.

    I continu to check it.

    Hi,
    When I check your site the demo looks like the Enfold Startup Business Demo and not the 2017 demo.
    Please try running the WP Reset and then import the one 2017 demo.
