    I am working for a company to change their website using Enfold on WordPress but the menu doesn’t show up when I click on Enfold. Do I need to download something to work on the site to make the menu pop up?

    Do you mean the site menu? I’m able to view it without issue. Please provide a screenshot of what you are experiencing.

    Hi Denielle,

    Thanks for that. I see that you are running an old version of the theme there, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.3) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
