Good morning!
I can open the “Enfold” option, but the menu for the theme option does not show. I tried two browsers (Safari and Firefox). What may be the cause?
Thank you!August 24, 2020 at 5:47 pm #1240447Hey Veronika,
Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?
Best regards,
VictoriaAugust 25, 2020 at 4:21 pm #1240696This reply has been marked as private.August 25, 2020 at 5:06 pm #1240708I am having same issue – I went in to make sure everything was updated to newest versions to make sure that wasn’t causing the issue (wordpress 5.5, enfold version 4.7.6.3, plugins, etc…) Also tried to disable the few plugins that were enabled with no luck.
Website front end loads with no issues, backend loads fine except when you go to ENFOLD > the first general options page loads but on the left the usual vertical menu navigation for the theme framework settings doesn’t show and if I try to make any option changes on the 1st page that does load, the save button doesnt work.

the only other thing I noticed that was odd was under health check it showed:
The settings for post_max_size and upload_max_filesize are not the same, this could cause some problems when trying to upload files.——–
Should I try going back to an older theme version to see if the menu comes back? Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.August 25, 2020 at 10:56 pm #1240789I am having the exact same issue on 5 of my Enfold sites since upgrading. Is there someplace that we can download previous versions of Enfold to test?

August 26, 2020 at 12:31 am #1240800I also have the same problem. I have updated to Version 4.7.6.3 and deactivated every plugin. I also have PHP memory limit at 256M but the Enfold options menu is not displaying.

RikardAugust 27, 2020 at 4:21 pm #1241251@Rikard – Sorry about that. I was working on debugging the issue when you attempted to log in. But somehow, for some unknown reason, the menu is now showing up. I literally didn’t change anything between yesterday and today. I had cleared all caches before testing, so I’m not clear what changed. But I thought I would give you and everyone else following this thread an update. Next, I’m going to start activating plugins one at a time to see if there are any conflicts.
August 27, 2020 at 4:30 pm #1241255Another quick update for everyone. I just tested my admin on another PC and the menu was missing again (!) On a hunch, I cleared my local browser cache, reloaded the page and the menu appeared once again. So you all that have updated to the latest version and it’s still not showing up may want to try clearing your browser cache.

Thanks for sharing! This is often the case with the cache :)

If you could send us admin WordPress login details in private then that would be great, it’s difficult to see what the problem could be otherwise.

Thanks for that. I see that you are running an old version of the theme on the site, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

I’m not sure I understand your last message, are you asking how to update the theme? Please refer to this on how to register your theme, and how to register a token which you have to add to the backend of the theme: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
