    Good morning,
    I purchased the template with regular license on Envato, but worpress gives me an error when loading the theme.
    “Unpacking the package …

    Could not copy file. enfold / lang / zh_TW.po ”
    I tried to follow the instructions in your documentation, make several attempts but nothing. The template does not load.
    What can I do?
    Can you help me?

    Impossibile copiare il file. enfold/js/avia-snippet-lightbox.js

    Could you share FTP login details as well so that we can upload it manually for you please?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. If your hosting space is full then that is the likely reason for your problems, please try to free up some space and we’ll try to install the theme again after that.

    Hi Federica,

    That is coming from the plugin, not from the theme. If you don’t want to donate then you don’t have to. I see that you have the theme installed already though, so I’m guessing that you managed to get things working?

    Hi Federica,

    Thanks for the update. You don’t need any additional plugins to run the theme, it works out of the box. The only plugin which is included in the theme is the LayerSlider, which is bundled and doesn’t need any installation.

    Hi,
    I am trying to work with the template. I uploaded a theme, but I saw that it didn’t load the preset pages, as I seen in the demo. Do I have to build them myself?
    Also, I did not understand how to insert a button on the Home page (call to action or Video) to go to content (such as “more”, “Watch the video” or “donate”. These buttons should go over the photo in the top slides .
    Can you help me?

    You need to import the demo that you like if you don’t want to build the website from scratch.

    Hi Federica,

    I’m not sure exactly what you are expecting from the theme, but it can’t automatically add your content for you. The demos and the pages included in it are just that – demos. You will of course have to add your own content to it.
