    Hi All,

    After editing my blog post with the Avia Layout Builder and updating the page with new contents, the Featured Image does not display anymore, even I did not change any preferences of the blog post.

    My WordPress version is 5.4.2 and the Enfold version is 4.7.5.

    Could you advise please?

    Hi, under each post I see short version of the text. It is probably Excerpts. Where I can change it, because it stays from your template and I cannot change or delete it. Here is a sample – after the main text, there are short versions of other posts and the text there are something I must change

    Hey,

    Please edit your post and delete/change excerpt in Excerpt field. If that field is not visible, please click “Screen Options” on top right corner and enable “Excerpt” – https://imgur.com/a/hBSjA7k

    Thanks, but I don’t have this as on your screenshot.

    I also try to put a featured image, but it is waiting and waiting forever. I try already for a week and nothing.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the screenshots. The third screenshot is the correct place to add the except, it’s in a different location compared to Yigits screenshot, since you are using the Block Editor.

    1. Excerts – Yes, but it cannot load. I tried with different files and waited for long time. It shows that it’s running for hours and nothing. Thanks why I was asking.
    2. About pictures 1 and 2 I asked how I can change the following:

    I want to delete that text and change it to my text. How can I do this?

    Thanks for the update. So it’s saving the excerpts which is not working? If so then please post admin WordPress login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.

    Hi I am sending you this on Private.
    My problems are 2:
    1. I don’t know from where to change the excerpts text you wrote in your sample posts. It appears on the photos I’ve sent you. All other text are in my language and that text appears in another language. Sample: “http://kriesi.at Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Aenean commodo ligula eget dolor. Aenean massa. Cum sociis natoque penatibus et magnis dis parturient montes, nascetur ridiculus mus. Donec quam felis, ultricies nec, pellentesque eu, pretium quis, sem. Nulla consequat massa quis enim. Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetuer adipiscing elit. Aenean commodo ligula eget […]”
    2. I try to upload image to be shown in front of the post text (not in the page of the post, but when it is shown only the name of the post). I try with featured image, but it loads and loads and never finish loading. All other pictures in the main pages I can load without problem.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. I tried updating one of your posts, but I get this error message:

    Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response.

    I’m not sure exactly why that is though. Please try updating your PHP version to 7.2 or higher first of all, to see if that makes any difference. Also make sure that you are running the latest version of the theme (4.7.6.4): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t make any difference then please try to disable all plugins to see if the problem goes away then.
