    Hey aokank,

    Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also, which demo are you looking to import? You could try to import it manually to see if that works better: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/import-demos/#manual-demo-import–using-xml-files-

    hey rikard ;
    I imported theme through ftp but it did not work. I also tried importing manually via WP importer; but it did not worked too (500 internal server error )
    i m not intersted in one of the demos. I want to try and learn how to use themes’ control panel efficently. So i want to try all demos before launching our website. : )
    Best Regards.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I’m getting the same error on my end unfortunately, the server is responding with a 500 error on the file in private. Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider to see if they know why that is please? Also please try disabling your security plugin as that might be causing problems as well.

    Best regards,
    Rikard

    Hi,

    Sorry for the problem. I don’t think we can do much to get the actual import function to work if we don’t have access to changing things on the server, which is likely impossible. We can import settings and content manually for you though, do you need the whole demo? If not then please link to the pages you want to import, and we’ll try doing it manually for you. Also please include admin WordPress login details as we would need access to the backend of your site in order to help you out.

    Best regards,
    Rikard
