    Hi,
    I am witnessing something strange with an enfold installation I recently did.
    After the installation I am not able to edit content via the Avia editor. I just see ‘#edit-element’ being added in the URL, but the pop-up doesn’t open.

    Solutions I found on the blog and which I tried to fix it but didn’t work:
    1. Update WordPress & Enfold
    2. Disable all plug-ins, step by step and try.

    Is there anything else I can try….?

    Hi ondeline,

    There might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your ThemeForest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works.
