Hi
I have just renewed a support licence so I hope this is the right medium to get support. I have a number of issues with our website, which has not been updated for a while.
I am not a web developer but I have basic wordpress skills. The issues are as follows:
– Is this the right medium for to get support given aI have a support licence?
– When I try to edit a page, it shows something called “Avia layout builder” but it does not show me the contect of the page or let me modify it. This happened after we migrated the site and updated the wordpress version. I tried installing the “disable gutenberg” plugin but it made no difference
How do I resolve this?
– Our Enfold version is 3.4.7. I see the new current version is 4.7
On my WordPress dashboard it does say my theme is up to date but I am wondering whether such an old version (2016) is still updated. If it is I can keep tis version as once I figure out how to edit pages/add it does everything I want.

Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
