Contact form generates email that cannot be marked "Not Junk"

Dear Enfold,

My site’s Contact Form generates emails that are always marked junk, no matter how I set my Junk Mail preferences in Mac Mail.

Do you have any guidance?

I have the contact form email in my Contacts. I find them in my jonk mail, and mark them Not Junk — but nothing prevents it from happening.

Waht am I missing?
