guys, it’s so hard and complicated to reach you. my developer built my website using your theme and i have a big issue that can not be fixed from the hosting side. they said it a theme issue and i have to contact you to share the problem. below is the problem report.
After discussing the issue with 4 senior team from blue host, we were able to perform some tests and have replicated the issue of content going missing after you make a change to the page.
After checking the wordpress site we did find 3 infected files but it appears after removing them it had made no difference to the issue. We also tried having update your plugins so everything was up to date. Additionally we checked error logs within your site and within the wp-admin folder and found no errors being generated as well as no errors being generated when enabling debug mode.
At this point they recommend speaking with the theme developers support team for further assistance regarding this issue. I appreciate you taking time out of your day to explain the issue you are facing and to go over some troubleshooting options.

Sorry for the problem, I’m not sure you included exactly what is wrong with your site in your message though? Please try to explain that a bit further, and include admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.

RikardHello Rikard, let me try to elaborate on my issue.
I had an issue on the 17th of May morning. Under the following pages (`home – What we do – Who we Are) and the blog.

When I edit any of the content then I update change and preview update. 70% of the page content on the website disappeared. I have done all the possible troubleshooting on the server, database, and plugins. and still, I couldn’t fix the issue.
I contacted my host company (BlueHost) and 4 teams plus senior website admin called me from US office and we troubleshot for days and again we couldn’t fix the issue. finally, they recommended contacting the theme developer. and that’s why I contacted you.
Last, we found 3 malware and we removed them, but still, it didn’t fix the issue.The issue now, there is no error showing and the only way to check the issue yourself is to give you admin access and take the following action. but ideally, we need to make sure we have a backup first.
1- Do any text edit under what we do page (maybe edit header text)
2- Update change and refresh websitePlease, this is urgent as I need to do some update on the website and I am stuck and afraid to touch the website otherwise I will lose the content again and I am in the middle of a marketing campaign.
please advise, how to share admin access in private?
Hi Haissam,
Thanks for the clarification. If your problem is that you have disappearing content then it’s very likely that you have open html markup in your content, please try checking for anything like that before your layout starts breaking.

Thanks for the update, I got in to your installation now, and I checked the front page. I can’t see any open markup there though, and when trying to add content to the bottom of the layout then everything is working as it should. How exactly can we reproduce the problem you are having?

Thanks for the update. I have no problems changing the textblock at the very bottom of the home page, but you do have open markup on the we do page:
DEFENCE <strong> INDUSTRALISATION <strong> TRANSFORMATION<strong>All those tags are open and they need to be closed properly, otherwise the problem you are describing will likely just continue.

I see that Rikard has already fixed homepage for you. I enabled ALB debugging mode temporarily – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#debug-mode and fixed strong tag in we do page as well.
Properly opened and closed Strong tag should look like following
