    Hi , we are using enfold theme in our website , and even though the WordPress & theme has the latest version we are getting these errors throughout the backend of website also not able to add any images to our Gallery page, the wheel keeps spinning ;

    We also updated the API key in theme update and it says this : http://prntscr.com/sqhp16

    WordPress version is updated : http://prntscr.com/sqhp9s

    When I click UPDATES in admin panel we see these many errors : http://prntscr.com/sqhpg8

    Can somebody from support team please have a look and guide us what exactly is going wrong ? We have to update our website and these errors are not letting us do so , Please guide.

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look?

    Which version of php are you running?

    Please have a full website backup ready. And updating from such an old version it is better to do it via FTP by deleting the enfold folder and uploading a new one.

    Also please let us know where can we find the updated version of enfold ? and the downloading process , what details required for downloading etc

    Because when we enter the API key in admin panel it is not showing the updated version.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the problem. The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

    You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

    If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

    Hi, When we click on the download link – it is taking us to themeforest and asking to buy a new theme, it should not say this when we already have the theme installed. The problem is not getting solved for us. Please help

    Please reply, this is pending from quite a long and we have to update the images in gallery which is not happening.

    Are you logged into Themeforest when you try to download the theme? If not then please login first. If you are having problems with the Themeforest/Envato platform then please reach out to their support as we can’t help you out with that. We are only a vendor on their platform.

    Yes, of course we are logged in to Themeforest , but are we suppose to download the the same version of theme which we purchased long back ? Will it not download the same old version ? Please advise ?

    Hi,

    The only version you can download on Themeforest is the current/latest version, please try to download that and then follow the instructions I posted previously.
