Is it possible to have the logo in the middle with with burger menu to left and a button to the right, similar to https://www.thegate-london.com

That layout is possible if you use menu to Display as Icon (hamburger menu) with some CSS tweaks.

You need to go to the Theme Options > Main Menu and choose to display the menu as an icon:
Then add a widget area to the header and add the button in the text widget there.
