Hi There,
When I use my contact form with my custom email as default I dont receive the message in my inbox. However the message does show when I add my hotmail.com email account. I would like to use my info@ email account to receive enquiries though.
How can this be resolved?

Did you check the spam folder of the email which doesn’t work? If emails are delivered from the actual site/server then it’s likely a problem with your local email client or email server.

Thanks for your reply.
I have checked spam and the messages dont arrive there either, except for when I sent them from my info@account (ie to myself ) which I thought was odd as it was in the inbox not the sent items.
I have since created a form with form 7 which doesnt seem to have this problem as I receive emails at my info@ account with no issues.I would like to use the enfold contact form if at all possible though as well.
Any more thoughts on this?

Please install an SMPT plugin and see if the issue persists.
