Hi
My site works correctly on computer but on smartphone the burger menu does not react and therefore we cannot navigate from one page to another could you help me to configure this menu?
I asked wordpress help and here is our answer :
Enfold tries to load scripts but cannot because it calls the wrong files. As a result, some features do not work. The theme not having been created by our teams, we do not have the possibility to correct this error. It will therefore be necessary to contact the authors of Enfold so that they can do it
here is the error :

You can do that under Plugins in the WordPress menu. Also please consider updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.4): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.

I have also desable and put again the plugins and it doesn’t work

I’m very sorry for the late reply. I see that you are still not running the latest version of the theme, could you please update to 4.7.4 to see if that helps? Note that you need to generate a token with Envato and add it to the theme under Enfold->Theme Update. https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
If that shouldn’t work, then would it be ok if we disable plugins for debugging purposes?

With your help, I have done the update, then I have disabled active plugins and on the test on wordpress the burger menu works but if I go on the site it doesn’t work !
